Venue Policies
To ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests, renters and their guests must adhere to the following policies:
Smoking Policy: The Landing on Orth is a non-smoking venue. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the building and within
designated airport safety areas. Smoking is permitted only in approved outdoor locations as directed by Venue staff.
Balloon Policy: Helium balloons are strictly prohibited due to airport safety regulations. Air-filled balloons are permitted if securely
weighted and approved in advance.
Event End Time: All events must conclude by 11:00 PM. Music, bar service, and event activities must end at this time.
Guest Departure: All guests must exit the building and Venue grounds by 12:00 midnight, including vendors and event staff.
Safety & Airport Operations: The Landing on Orth is located on an active airport. Guests must remain within approved areas at all times. Access to runways, taxiways, aircraft, and restricted airport areas is strictly prohibited.
Alcohol Service: Alcohol service must comply with all state and local laws. Absolutely no outside alcohol is permitted on the premises at any time. All alcohol must be provided and served in accordance with Venue guidelines. Venue staff reserve the right to stop alcohol service if guest behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive.
Decorations & Equipment: All décor must be freestanding. Nothing may be attached to walls, ceilings, doors, or airport structures. Open flames, fireworks, sparklers, confetti, glitter, or smoke effects are not permitted.
Damage & Cleanup: Renters are responsible for any damage caused by guests or vendors. All personal items, décor, and rentals must be removed by the end of the teardown period.
Compliance with Staff Direction: Renters and guests must follow all instructions provided by Venue staff to ensure safety and compliance with airport regulations.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in additional fees or early termination of the event.
