Early in the morning we had a problem in the basement related to water overflowing from the water softener. NOT FUN! Long story short the softener broke. We called Mr. Good Water and Mr. Butch immediately came down to our house around 7:30am to check what needs to be done. Soon after, he sent his crew of experts Tony and Logan to install a brand new water softener CS48, very professional people. We are so happy they were able to put us on their schedule not only for the same day but for an early morning service. They took care of everything, even to disconnect and dispose the old tank. Great people to work with, very knowledgeable. We appreciate the fact they were extremely nice to help us with this emergency and were always nice and courteous the entire time. Reached out to Justin for a quote to replace a water softener and water heater. He was very knowledgeable and fair with his assessment. I got the pricing within 30 minutes and we accepted.
