Really Deep Sand & Trench Panels are an ultra-high strength, expandable, stackable, closed sheeting system that reduces cofferdam/trench wall installation time, while increasing safety for rescue workers and the victims themselves.
Both the Sand and Trench Rescue panels have similar spacing and engineering attributes. The Sand Panel is engineered with a 1.5 safety factor to 15 feet of depth. It is lighter and of a slightly different design than the Trench Panel. Learn more about their features below.

Sand & Trench Panel Components
Sand Panel
The panels are made of fully extruded 6061 T6 aluminum and weigh 8 pounds per foot. Sand panels come in 5′ lengths. Engineered for working depths up to 15′
Trench Panel
The panels are made of fully extruded 6061 T6 aluminum and weigh 10 pounds per foot. We recommend lengths between 5′, 7′ and 8′. Engineered for working depths up to 20′
Knuckles
Make a 90-degree corner in the wall. Panels and knuckles are reversible, so there is no upside down and no backwards. They can also be used as a spacer to help maintain proper panel positioning.
5-Foot Handles
