Our water pressure had gotten quite bad. Butch came out and quoted a couple options. They came out later that week and replaced our old softener and iron curtain. Pressure is great as well as the water quality. I had heard good things about Mr. Goodwater and they delivered. Highly recommend them.

Great buying experience! They seem very knowledgeable about what they are doing. I met with Aaron the sales guy and Levi the installer. Both were professional and knowledgeable and friendly. I went with the 48,000 grain Klack water softener. I got a good deal from the owner, Butch.

Early in the morning we had a problem in the basement related to water overflowing from the water softener. NOT FUN! Long story short the softener broke. We called Mr. Good Water and Mr. Butch immediately came down to our house around 7:30am to check what needs to be done. Soon after, he sent his crew of experts Tony and Logan to install a brand new water softener CS48, very professional people. We are so happy they were able to put us on their schedule not only for the same day but for an early morning service. They took care of everything, even to disconnect and dispose the old tank. Great people to work with, very knowledgeable. We appreciate the fact they were extremely nice to help us with this emergency and were always nice and courteous the entire time. We recommend them! ⚱️💦🛠🧰🔥

Reached out to Justin for a quote to replace a water softener and water heater. He was very knowledgeable and fair with his assessment. I got the pricing within 30 minutes and we accepted. The work was completed the next day by two member of the Mr. Goodwater team. They were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Mr. Goodwater!
